Vendor & Booth Pricing

Prices include ONE table, table cloth, and 2 chairs. Standard booth size is 10 × 10 ft.

Inside the Main Hall / Lobby Area — $300
No shared booth at this price.
VIP Corner Booth — $350
Only 8 booths available: 4 in lobby & 4 in main hall. No shared booth at this price.
Non-Profit Entity — $275
Corner booths are not available. Non-Profit number must be provided.
Young Entrepreneurs Bazaar Booth — $50
Located in KC Hall. No food items permitted.
Shared Booth — $200 in lobby and main hall.
VIP Shared Booth — $225 in lobby and main hall.
Outside Booth in Parking Lot — $200
Shared Outside Booth — $150
Standee Sponsor — $175
Business Institutions / Financial Services / Educational Institutes — $500
Astrologers / Real Estate — $500
Food Vendor — $500
Limited to 3–4 vendors. This price is for food trucks. If you do not have a food truck, please bring your own tent, table, chair, and electrical wire if needed.

Outside booths are currently not available. They will open only after all inside booths have been sold.

ORGANIZERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY CAUSE CANCELLATION OR LOW SALES.

1. Designer with Fashion Show + Booth — $800 / $600

$800 with your own models | $600 with our models

Includes a 20-minute stage time.

One professional photograph of each model
Tickets included for all participants (only for ticketed festivals)
Online and social media marketing
Announcements by the emcee
Branding on digital media
Space on the flyer as a Designer Sponsor
8 complimentary tickets for friends and family (only for ticketed festivals)
Back LED screen display for your product
Lights and sound

2. Designer with Fashion Show Only — $500

Includes the same benefits listed above, excluding booth space.

Payment Policy

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.

Vendor Checklist

Please make sure you bring the following items as applicable:

Bring your own table if you require more than one table.
Bring your own business banner to hang in front of your table, or a standee if desired.
Bring a table or floor organizer according to your items.
Bring an extension cable if needed for electrical items.
Bring a spotlight if needed for your items.
Bring a table cover for your additional table, if needed.
Bring freebies or vouchers for event attendees, if applicable.
